| They transmit just a bit more vibration through the steering wheel even just from the texture of the asphalt, not even from the bumps or potholes. But this is very subtle -- not objectionable at all. Some of the vibration makes its way to the dash though, so if you have any loose plastic, they will rattle and you may have to tighten everything to prevent that. Some members complain about sharper steering wheel kickback with the solid mounts. I have not found that to be the case. The nice thing about the adjustables is that you can increase the caster to over 10 degrees (the high side of still being within spec) and that improves the straight-line stability of the steering wheel and thus reduces the steering wheel kickback. My wheel tracks pretty solidly straight even over bumps. Overall, I highly recommend them. Sharp steering (and precise controls in general) is what driving a sports cars is all about. And the advantages of the adjustable tension rods far outweigh the slight increase in vibration, in my opinion.
